John's job is making sure Forge delivers on its mission. Tracey sets the vision; John builds and maintains the road that gets there. He came to legal operations from geotechnical engineering, and it shows: planning, management and solid foundations are his native language. He runs the firm's operations so the lawyers stay where they belong, on your matter, and he holds the view that a law firm should build better people and better communities, not just close files.
