Tracey McMillan is the founder and CEO of Forge, Australia's family-law firm for men navigating divorce, separation, parenting and property. She has spent more than thirty years in Australian law, practising predominantly in family law, and is an accredited mediator and Parental Coordinator. In 2026 she was named Australia Family Law Gamechanger of the Year at the ACQ5 Global Awards.
Tracey is the author of Divorce Is F*cked: A No-Bullshit Survival Guide for Men (2025), a field manual for men navigating the family courts.
