- No. Family law is national: one Act, one court system, one electronic filing portal. The Family Law Act does not change at the Tweed. What changes outcomes is strategy, preparation and honest costs, and none of those live at a Sydney street address.
- Where do family law hearings happen in Sydney?
- At the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in the Lionel Bowen Building, 97-99 Goulburn Street. Many hearings run electronically, and the court's own list tells parties not to attend in person unless the matter is listed that way.
- How does a video-first matter actually work?
